C.V. Sarma has retired as Executive Vice President of ITC Ltd after more than 31 years of experience. At ITC Ltd he has handled numerous responsibilities ranging from Commercial Operations in the Cigarettes business to Corporate Planning & Treasury Management.
He was the Head of Finance and IT Functions of Agri and Paperboard Businesses while being a member of their Divisional Management Committees. He has knowledge in designing and driving Operational Strategies, Business Expansion, M&As, Cost Management Initiatives, adopting TPM based Excellence Standards, anchoring ease of doing business and driving automation and digitisation.
He was an active Member of Financial Inclusion committee of FICCI, Total Cost Management committee of CII and CFO Forum

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant, Company Secretary and PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad.
