Value Momentum has world class delivery centers in Piscataway, NJ and Hyderabad, India. There are additional Client Services and Business Development offices in Sunnyvale, CA and Hyderabad, India. ValueMomentum is appraised as at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). ValueMomentum is also a SSAE 16 – SOC 2 certified company.

Value Momentum Inc and Value Momentum Software Services Private Limited was established in the year 1999 & 2000 respectively. The group is 1300+ people strong and growing, led by its visionary CEO Raj Samathapudiand ably supported by a professional management team with several years of experience in the IT Industry has shown the ability to grow at a CAGR of more than 23% for the past several years. ValueMomentum has been profitable ever since inception, been investing more than 5% of revenues in R&D for more than a decade now. Raj Samanthapudi

Mr. Samanthapudi is the Chief Executive Officer of ValueMomentum, Inc. From ValueMomentum’s inception, he has singularly focused on two core engines to build the organization and position it for growth – Exceptional Customer Service and Innovative Offerings.

His focus on innovation is driving significant investments by ValueMomentum in R&D for Industry Applications and Practices. Mr. Samanthapudi believes that Customers should not have to choose between standard infrastructure and time-to-market, and therefore, he has led the organization in building industry ready solutions leveraging standard infrastructure elements that provide deep capabilities, performance and agility. Where standard infrastructure elements don’t exist, he has driven investments in building the same, to be taken to market as life-cycle solutions.

Mr. Samanthapudi has over 22 years of professional experience in the IT industry marked by a patent grasp of enterprise business needs and the role of technology as an enabler of business. Prior to ValueMomentum, he held various roles including Client Management, Product Management, Near-shore Delivery Center Management, Vertical Leadership and National-level Sales Management. Prior to ValueMomentum, Mr. Samanthapudi worked with Wipro in North America and in India.

Mr. Samanthapudi holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.

Ravi Rao

Ravi Rao is with ValueMomentum since August 2000 and is responsible for ValueMomentum’s operations in the Asia-Pacific region. Ravi Rao has 29 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining ValueMomentum, Mr. Rao held positions with Wipro, India and Convergent Software, North America

As President, Asia-Pacific, Ravi Rao leads ValueMomentum’s business across Insurance & Financial Services verticals in the Asia-Pacific region, has been instrumental in establishing ValueMomentum’s strong presence in the South Asian Insurance market. Today, Ravi Rao’s mission is to expand its business in the Asia Pacific market

Ravi Rao is also responsible for ValueMomentum’s Development Centers in Hyderabad where he is charged with driving Quality and organizing and managing cross functional teams geared towards serving customers in a global delivery model

Ravi Rao is actively involved with the activities of the IT Industry Association – Hyderabad Software Exporter’s Association – HYSEA. He is on the Management Committee and the coordinator for the SME forum for the past 8 years

Mr. Rao holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from BMS College, Bangalore, India.
