At Coinbase, he currently holds the position of Engineering Manager for Custody, Institutional Staking, and Asset Management, where he is spearheading the development of a cutting-edge institutional staking platform and overseeing the integration of new assets and blockchain networks for institutional custody. In his prior role as Engineering Manager for the Multi-Market Exchange at Coinbase, Debasish led the integration of a low-latency next-generation exchange and supervised the development of a derivative liquidation engine.
