Manoj is a Fashion Retail enthusiast and entrepreneur. After graduating with Honors from Kelly School of Business, Indiana (USA) with a specialization in Finance, IT & Retail, he worked briefly with Best Buy, US as a financial Analyst. Soon Manoj realized the potential in the Indian fashion retailing space and made a conscious choice to return to India and become an entrepreneur.
Manoj has been instrumental in transforming his family-run enterprise New Meena Bazar which started as a single 100 sqft store in Abids in 1972 to a multi-store modern upscale fashion house- Mebaz! Mebaz was born in 2004 and since has 15 stores with over 75000 sq feet to its credit across multiple cities of Telangana& Andhra. The company through its various formats is spreading its wings in Gujarat, Mumbai, and Delhi and aspires to be a premier pan India brand in the fashion retail space.
Manoj loves to delve into new technologies to enhance the customer experience in his stores and on its e-commerce platform. He intends to work closely with new generation ventures and help mentor entrepreneurs from his own first-hand experience. He is also a philanthropist and is closely associated with the Brahmakumaris movement in Hyderabad.
